With over 30 years of experience in the New York State workers' compensation system, I have built a career helping clients successfully navigate the complexities of claims management. I have appeared before the Workers' Compensation Board, authored a multitude of legal summations, conducted depositions of medical experts, and written appeals and rebuttals. My experience includes strategizing claims, analyzing complex issues — including potential fraud — and negotiating favorable settlements across a wide range of cases.

Having represented both claimants and carriers, I bring a unique, balanced perspective to every claim, making me especially effective in claim analysis, negotiation, and resolution. My claims handling has consistently delivered significant cost savings to clients.

Focused, analytical, and creative, he’s committed to building strong brand presence and meaningful customer connections.
